Tyler 16 months to 17 months

Tyler - 16 months - 10-09-09

Tyler at the Pumpkin Patch - 10-16-09 - We went to the Ardenwood pumpkin patch in Newark where Tyler had a ton of fun. There was a haystack he played on, a corn maze that he found the way out from, a tractor ride with Daddy, and of course, all the fun of running through all the hundreds of pumpkins. He also liked to ride in the wheelbarrow with the pumpkins we picked out, as you can see below.




Tyler - Halloween - 10-31-09 - Our little giraffe. Tyler had sooooo much fun with all of his neighborhood buddies this Halloween. He loved participating in the Halloween parade that went down our street and up the next block. We followed a fire truck (a double steering wheel one!) throughout the parade. At the end of the parade was the annual neighborhood costume contest. Tyler won first place in his category - boys ages 1-2 - he won a gold coin (we won't tell him he was the only one in his category that entered!!).

Tyler - 17 months - 11-09-09

Tyler has grown up soooo much. He now has ten teeth including two molars. He is talking up a storm (his favorite word is of course, no, which he says constantly). Tyler's other favorite words include mama, daddy, bubbie, da (grandpa), nana, papu, mel mel, high chair, chicken, french fries, waffles, pizza, blue, purple, bath, cheese, cheeks, vroom vroom (car), broom (his best friend!), ball, moo, baaa, and more words that I can even list.


This video is hilarious!! He has had this Jack in the Box for almost a year now. He loved it up until a few months ago, and it wound up in his room. I guess after not seeing it for a couple months has him completely freaked out!! It's been a week and every few days I decide to take it out and show him in hopes he starts to like the cute little monkey inside. But....not yet. Enjoy!
