Daddy has to commandeer the Blog tonight to rejoice and cheer Tyler's first official walking. Although he has been taking steps here and there for weeks now, he has finally decided it is more convenient to walk around more often than to crawl! Below is just one of many videos we have of him doin' his thing but we are so very proud of him!
And of course I am happier than ever when I hear him say Dada or Daddy probably ever other other word. Probably Mommy is slightly jealous, but she beams at her lil man and is so proud of him! Sadly we didn't catch this on tape but anyone who has been around him lately can attest to his growing role as a Daddy's boy! That's my boy.
Also, Tyler had an amazing time this weekend with his cousin Talia, who spent a day here with us playing with Tyler the entire time. She has more than demonstrated to Candace and I how much more difficult two kids are than one - even though she is probably the most well behaved 4-year old in the world. In fact, we had to rely on her to watch Tyler while we rested - here is a video of her doing just that. You can see how much Tyler adores her!
