Happy New Year!

WOW!! Hard to believe 2009 is here. A few days after our Chanukah celebration, I kind of stopped babbling, which had my family quite concerned. A couple days later I came down with a bad virus and had a 103.7 degree fever! I was very lifeless and listless and couldn't even hold up my own head. Just before our trip to the doctor, my lips turned blue and I started shaking. It was very sad and all I could do was whimper and pant as my breathing was hampered. After going to the doctor and being put on a strict fever reducing regimen and a couple of days of rest, I was back to my normal "perpetual motion" self! Since then, I've been babbling non-stop and have been in constant motion. My mommy and daddy were very worried, especially since I was a preemie. My mommy barely held it together, but she was calm enough for me to get better luckily!

By New Year's Eve, I was back to normal again and ready to party...well, kind of! However, despite a couple of unusually long naps during the day, my internal time clock knew exactly when 7pm hit and I was ready for bed! My mommy and daddy put a hat on me and gave me a party blower, that of course, I decided to eat!
I'm now up in the mountains for my first trip up to the snow. So far, I've only stayed in the cabin, but today my daddy is going snowboarding, so I am going to go hang out in the lodge with my mommy, bubbie, grandpa, and friends.
