Big Boy Tyler

Yay! I finally learned to crawl. Not to mention, they say I'm pretty quick. Mommy and daddy have been scrambling to pick up items that shouldn't be left around to get my little hands on. So far they've bolted bookcases and have bought plug covers and door latches, but they're not installed. Daddy, you better get on that quick! I've already turned the basket of toys upside down onto myself! My mommy tells me everyday that I'm growing up too fast, but usually I just look at her with a big grin on my face!!

I also have two bottom teeth now, which are sharp!! I love my food...so far some favorites include pasta risotto, peach cobbler dessert, banana oatmeal, and pretty much any fruit!! Besides eating my food, I love to wait for the spoon to spill some on my high chair tray so I can "finger paint" the tray and myself!! I also like to drink apple juice out of my big boy sippy cup.

Also, I've had many playdates recently. Maybe that's because I can actually play with toys! Yesterday we went to the park for a playdate with Aiden and Sam. I had to show off my new crawling skills, so that meant I went everywhere the blanket wasn't! The dirt didn't only look appetizing to crawl on, but to eat as well. My mommy took her eye off me for literally 2 seconds and I sneaked in a handful of dirt into my mouth. My mommy was thoroughly disgusted to see dirt all in my mouth and on my tongue. I, on the other hand, didn't seem to mind one bit and it didn't phase me. My mommy scrambled to put her sweatshirt sleeve inside my mouth and scoop out the dirt she could. After about a minute or two, she gave up and the delicious dirt was mine! How harmful could it be, right?? Also, similar to the blanket, why play with the many interactive baby toys when you can play with a mommy's water bottle? Below are some pictures of our fun playdate I shared with my friends:
